An AI and Molecular Biology collaboration to drive down the cost of proteins needed for Cultivated Meat and Biopharmaceutical manufacturing

Cofactory Ltd and Daresbury Proteins Ltd, both based at Sci-Tech Daresbury (Liverpool, UK), today announce their Engineering Biology collaboration on an Innovate UK BridgeAI project.
This project will harness novel molecular signatures, mined by Cofactory from public bioinformatics databases using AI, to boost the production of critical cell culture media ingredients for Cultivated Meat and Biopharmaceuticals biomanufacturing.
